Any legal action or proceeding between Sam's Pizza and you related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the State of Nebraska, County of Douglas. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.
